Real Estate Brokerage Services
Their Story
For over twenty years, Carmen and Tony have guided countless clients through the steps to buying and selling a home in the Chicago Metropolitan Area. When they began working in real estate, their children were small, their dreams were big, and their client list was short. For all of these years, they have been lucky to have a beautiful place to call home. They hosted birthdays and holidays, slept the afternoon away on the couch (one of them snores), and shared pizza in front of the TV. They know how important real estate is as an asset, but they also know the true value of home. Their goal is to make sure your dreams become a reality, whether it’s moving up, moving out, or finding that first place to call home. With their extensive knowledge and experience, they ensure every client understands each stage of the process, from initial planning to closing the deal. Trust Carmen and Tony to make your home buying or selling journey seamless and rewarding.

Carmen
Carmen began her professional career as a legal document translator with a corporate immigration law firm in Chicago. She earned her real estate license in 2003 and joined Coldwell Banker together with Tony in 2007. She has been a frequent guest speaker and trainer within the Coldwell Banker organization, and has served as an internal consultant for management on office administration and business process improvement.
Her professional commitments have included membership in the National Association of Realtors, as well as serving as a member of the Government Relations Committee, and Chair of the Chicago Association of Realtors’ Fair Housing Forum. She has enjoyed serving as a State Legislative Committee Liaison since 2017 for the Illinois Association of Realtors.
Carmen was raised in Chicago’s Edgewater neighborhood. She is one of six children, a proud product of both the public and private school systems in the city, and studied law and history at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb. In 2016 the Chicago Cubs became baseball’s World Champions, something that has no relevance to her professional profile, but it bears repeating as often as possible anyway.
Tony
Tony worked his way through college as production assistant with one of Chicago’s premier public relations firms. He began his professional career as an accountant with a corporate patents and trademarks law firm in Chicago. He left the firm after receiving his real estate license in 1997, and first worked with a family-owned brokerage before building his own boutique residential real estate office. He joined Coldwell Banker with his wife and partner, Carmen in 2007. He has been a residential real estate specialist, providing mentorship and consultation to junior brokers within the Coldwell Banker organization, and has provided training on transaction processing and management.
His professional commitments have included membership in the National Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors and the local Chicago Association of Realtors.
Tony is an engaged member of his local community and has served since 2018 as the President of the Alumni Advisory Board for Northeastern Illinois University. He is a legacy member of the Hollywood-North Park Community Association, a former Board Member of the North River Commission, and a Corporate Sponsor of Chicago’s North Park Community Market. Tony was raised in Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood. He is an occasional but enthusiastic Cuban cigar aficionado and enjoys travel, gardening, and DIY projects.

It all begins with this. We take a clean look at your goals, help you establish the best strategy for success, and then support you every step of the way.
